WHO IS A YP?

Young professionals are employees under 40 years old working for ABC member companies in good standing. The ABC Young Professionals program was created to nurture the future leaders of ABC and to foster connections among emerging talent in the construction industry.

WHY PARTICIPATE?

Our Young Professionals group, based in the Kansas City area, offers a chance to connect and build relationships with peers who are at a similar stage in their careers. These connections will serve as valuable resources as you advance in your career and within the construction industry. Additionally, the group provides opportunities to gain broader industry insights, engage in community activities, and benefit from peer groups and mentoring programs designed to equip the next generation of construction leaders with knowledge and support.
